Christine worked as a policy associate at the Mowat Centre from November 2015 to January 2017. She has experience working across the not-for-profit, public and private sectors specializing in improving organizational effectiveness and managing complex change initiatives. Her research experience focuses on understanding the causes and consequences of inequality in the workplace and in broader society, with a specific interest in understanding the unique experience of historically marginalized groups.
